  • The user is responsible for safeguarding their password and access credentials.

3. Obligations of Employers

• • Employers commit to posting only genuine job advertisements.

  • Advertisements must not contain conditions that discriminate against candidates based on gender, race, age, or other personal characteristics, in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the HoReCa Balkan Jobs Portal (text, graphics, logo, design) is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized copying or use of content without the written permission of the HoReCa Jobs Balkan team is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Portal shall not be held liable for:

  • Any disputes that may arise between an employer and an employee after contact has been established through the Portal.

  • Temporary unavailability of the website due to technical maintenance or factors beyond our control.
