• Job Ads and Resumes (CVs): The data you enter into job advertisements or your resume becomes available to registered users of the site for the purpose of establishing business cooperation.

• Comments and Contact Forms: When you leave an inquiry or comment, we collect the data shown in the form, as well as your IP address for spam protection.

• Cookies: We use cookies to enable easier login and a personalized job search experience. These cookies last from two days to one year, depending on their purpose.

3. Media and file uploads

If you upload a profile picture or CV as a candidate, we recommend avoiding images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Website visitors may download images and extract that data.

4. Who we share your data with

Your data is shared exclusively for recruitment purposes:

• Data from candidate resumes is shared with the employers you apply to.

• Job advertisement data is publicly visible to all website visitors.

• In the event of a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

5. How long we retain your data

• Registration and profile data are kept as long as your account is active. Users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except for their username).

• Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely to facilitate easier moderation.

If you have an account on this site, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase all your personal data. This does not include data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
