Who We Are

Built by the Industry, for the Industry

HoReCa Jobs Balkan wasn’t founded by tech corporations or outsiders. It was built by three high school friends from a hospitality academy who have spent their entire lives breathing this industry.

From the intense energy of local Serbian restaurants to top-tier managerial roles in international hotel chains and global corporations—and even owning and running our own restaurants—we have walked in your shoes. We know what it takes to manage a kitchen, run a front desk, and keep a hospitality business profitable. We understand the blood, sweat, and passion that defines the HoReCa sector.

The Problem We Solve

No More Noise, Just Results

We created this platform because we got tired of the chaos on general job boards. On massive, all-in-one job websites, hospitality listings get lost in the noise, leaving employers buried under hundreds of irrelevant resumes, and candidates scrolling through ghost positions.

We are not like the rest. We don’t do “general” recruitment. We are a hyper-focused, niche ecosystem dedicated strictly to hospitality. We filter out the noise so that real, qualified professionals can meet serious, high-quality employers without wasting time.

Our Vision

Streamlining the Future of HoReCa

Our vision is simple yet revolutionary for the Balkan region: to fix what is broken in hospitality recruitment. We want to fast-track the hiring process, ensuring that businesses find reliable talent instantly, and hospitality workers secure the respect and positions they truly deserve.

Important Note: We are not a recruitment agency. We don’t screen your interviews or charge heavy agency commissions. Instead, we are a dynamic digital bridge—combining our advanced job portal with an active, fast-growing Viber community to connect employers and candidates in real-time.

We are here to elevate the industry standards across the Balkans, making recruitment fast, transparent, and exactly how it should be.
